💳 Security Deposit via Bank Authorization

A €1000 security deposit is required before arrival (not charged unless damage is reported).

➡️ This is a simple pre-authorization, just like in a hotel, used to secure your stay.

A secure link will be sent via email or SMS and must be completed no later than the day before your arrival.

⚠️ Without validation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The pre-authorization is automatically released after departure if no damage is found.

🔹 Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out must take place between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

A €25 surcharge applies for any arrival or departure outside these hours.

🔹 Non-smoking Property

Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window. A €50 fee will be charged in case of tobacco smell.

🔹 Number of Guests

Strictly limited to the number indicated at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
