The spacious living room, bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows, opens onto the garden and the pool, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The living area, with its designer furniture, creates a modern yet cozy atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. A second dining area allows you to switch up the ambiance while facing the mountains.

On the lower split level: 1 bedroom with a private bathroom and WC.

Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, two separate WCs, and a second living room doubling as a fitness corner, equipped to maintain your routine.

All bedrooms are fitted with premium 160x200 cm bedding, recently renewed.

A dedicated workspace is also available for remote-working travelers.

From Geneva: Take the A40 motorway and exit at exit 16, heading towards Saint-Pierre.

From Annecy: Access is just as easy via the A41 motorway. Exit at exit 19, following signs for Reignier/La Roche-sur-Foron.

By train: Saint-Pierre station is well served by trains from Geneva and Annecy, making it a convenient option for those who prefer not to drive. Once there, it's just a short 16-minute walk to our doorstep.

💳 Security deposit via credit card hold

A €1000 credit card hold is required before arrival (amount not charged, except in case of damage).

➡️ This is a simple pre-authorization, like in hotels, to secure your stay.

A secure link will be sent by SMS or email, and must be completed the day before arrival.

⚠️ Without validation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The hold is automatically released after departure if no damage is reported.

🔹 Non-smoking accommodation

Even near windows. A €50 fee applies if a tobacco smell is detected.

🔹 No parties or gatherings

Out of respect for the neighborhood. Any noise disturbance will lead to external intervention and immediate termination of the stay.

🔹 Quiet hours

Please respect the calm of the premises, especially between 11 PM and 7 AM.
