This spacious 250m² chalet, spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 13 guests. 💳 Security Deposit via Bank Authorization

A €1000 security deposit is required before arrival (not charged unless damages are reported).

➡️ This is a simple pre-authorization, just like in a hotel, used to secure your stay.

A secure link will be sent via email or SMS and must be completed no later than the day before your arrival.

⚠️ Without validation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The pre-authorization is automatically released after departure if no damage is found.

📝 House Rules

✦ Check-in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, check-out between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. A €25 surcharge applies for any arrival or departure outside these hours.

✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window. A €50 fee will be charged in case of non-compliance or tobacco smell.

✦ Parties and gatherings are forbidden. Quiet hours must be respected between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any disturbance may lead to external intervention and immediate termination of the stay.

✦ Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the property. Any additional person must be authorized beforehand.

✦ The property must be left in good condition: dishes washed, bins emptied, refrigerator cleaned. Additional cleaning fees may apply otherwise.
