The apartment features a polished concrete floor and underfloor heating for optimal comfort. Upon entering, a large custom-made closet provides practical storage space. The bathroom, decorated in terrazzo tones, has been redesigned with a walk-in shower and suspended toilet, adding a modern and sophisticated touch.

The bright living room/kitchen area offers a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. The living room, furnished with designer furniture, also includes a workspace with a custom desk and ultra-fast fiber internet connection, perfect for professionals on the go. A Smart TV is available for your relaxation.

A glass door leads to a small bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a memory foam mattress. The bedroom, like the other rooms, is bathed in natural light and opens onto an 8m² south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The building is secure, with a double entry system and free parking, also secured by a gate, reserved for travelers. You can reach downtown Geneva in 8 minutes thanks to the new "Léman-Express" train line, or in 30 minutes with the new tram line. 💳 Security deposit via bank imprint

For any profile that has not yet completed a trip or has no reviews on the platform, a €300 deposit is required before arrival (amount not charged, unless damages occur).

➡️ This is a simple bank authorization, just like at a hotel, intended to secure your stay.

A secure link will be sent to you by email or SMS and must be completed no later than the day before your arrival.

⚠️ Without validation, the booking will be automatically canceled.

The hold is automatically released after departure if no damage is found.

📝 House rules

✦ Non-smoking property, even by the window (€50 fee in case of non-compliance).

✦ Parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Any nighttime disturbance may lead to external intervention and termination of the stay.

✦ Respect for neighbors: please maintain quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and behave respectfully in shared areas.

✦ Only the guests declared at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the property. Any additional person must be authorized beforehand.

✦ The property must be left in a clean condition (dishes washed, bins emptied, refrigerator cleaned). Otherwise, extra cleaning fees may apply.
